actually my board of supervisors schollie was giving to me randomly. i didnt even apply for it. i just got an email one day about it and accepted it.

Same situation for me. I have a 3.6 right now. If they cut the Bengal Legacy, I don't have any other scholarships and may have to transfer elsewhere. I understand that serious measures need to be taken, but they could make the scholarship a little more exclusive instead according to academics.
I personally see dozens of students each semester waste their TOPS money. That is the real place all the scholarship money is being wasted.
