That was a result of a Neanderthal offense that sometimes called for the quarterback to block on an end sweep. Screen's first injury was a shoulder separation. His was a story of what could have been. He was the most heralded quarterback in the nation coming out of high school (Jesuit) where he ran the difficult single wing offense to perfection and took his team to the state title over LaGrange - a team that was actually better than Jesuit.
