Not to make everyone go or again, but I don't recall JJ's leadership being before the season either....

Well Les did go on the JJ PR tour in the summer proclaiming to everyone how much he improved as a qb and what a great leader he was!

Of course we never saw any of this his entire career but Les sure sold it hard!

Like JJ show a lot of leadership in the BCS bowl..

Like the man said, "Lot of hurt vaginas in this thread."

A LSU guy gets added to a all-star roster and the anti-someone crowd rushing in to tell all how undeserving the LSU guy might be in their mind.

What great guys some of us are, huh.

I'm sure as LSU fans, we're all happy for JJ, right?

I have to be honest, I'm happy he is graduating and new talent is taking his place.

That being said, I don't want to see him do bad in this all-star showing...that's retarded. He's a kid that didn't show very good leadership or decision making skills on and off the field at times...but more importantly, he is an LSU Tiger, I wish him well.

Agree. Problems on the field were coaching decisions. JJ was a limited player that Les Miles tried to make a featured player and it backfired in the end. Can't blame JJ, seems most people saw it coming. Hope JJ plays well, I have nothing against him.

I doubt much that the coaching staff or other players all of a sudden up and changed the game plan on him....without telling him

Other LSU players were stating that they practiced plays all week (or whatever amount of time) that weren't called in the game on 1/9. So, yes, they did change the game plan (or just didn't have one at all.)

Some of you guys are plain pathetic. Its really sickeninh how our fanbase can't even cheer on a former Tiger as he plays in an all star game, trying to represent LSU, and help and improve himself. Some of you guys are showing your true colors and proving to the world the POS's you really are.

Geaux JJ, Adams, and Brooks!!

OP gives a link to a former LSU player being asked to play in an All Star game and someone turns it into a bashing of the former player. What pathetic fans we have on here.

So WHY did you respond to me? I've been pro JJ/JL all season. I've defended JJ until I'm blue in the face because of all the bashing as I will defend JL because I think the got a raw deal at the end. They are Tigers. Always will be Tigers. All I wanna do is WIN.

I don't care if Mother Teresa is quarterback or the Pillsbury Dough Boy is coach.

All I wanna do is WIN.

I'm happy these guys are getting a shot in an All-Star game to go work out and play and have a chance to get their exposure up.

I'm especially glad Brooks got invited. It will do him well for scouts to get an up close look at his athleticism in a game atmosphere before the combine.

Best of luck for all 3 Tigers!

It's really pretty telling of ones sportsmanship when we can't simply say congrats on the all-star gig without throwing a shot at the guy in some way or the other as he turns his back to walk out the LSU door.

And we talk bout JJ's lack of getting it.

Jordan Jefferson and All Star do not belong in the same sentance.

Can't some of you tards just give this shite up and be happy both were invited to do something decent beyond their eligibility?

True. Lee played against a D2 QB from Pitt St. And that Pitt State QB played VERY good against Div 1 talent. Also there was a player from D2 UCM(Central Missouri). I know there's other players but I only recognize the helmets from the MIAA(D2) since I'm in Joplin and we have a D2 school here.
