How the frick was Bama able to do it then?

Bama doesn't run an insane offense with a million different formations. Bama has 5 maybe 6 formations. The players understand the scheme and know what they need to do, we have no scheme and our players can't even line up correctly....its all coaching

70% Crowton
10% Jefferson
20% OLine

well I said that the O-line is weak but the'll be mostly SRs and JRs this year so they'lll more experience. Last year was JJ 1st year as a full time starter.. I dont see any point of critize him for going 9-4. ATLEAST i can give two sides of the story instead of bashing the kid like he killed someone

You're an idiot. You don't even know our player's names and the Julio TD was a fricking screen pass. Brandon Taylor was playing 12yds off the LOS. Again, coaching failure.

said it plenty of times, if he would listen and not play scared he would be much better, the choice is his...he has to learn how to prepare to play QB in this league.

1) Matt Flynn was a 5th year senior.

2) We ran the fricking ball at will in '07 with Hester and that massive o-line.

so playing cover 3 is bad coaching to stop a screen pass from going 80 yds? thought you said no one was scared of their passing game...
if we arent scared of their passing game why were we in cover 3?

Chavis shite his pants when Peterson came out. He wasn't scared of their passing game as a whole. He was scared that Julio would beat Taylor on one play and he did. Chavis rarely plays man anyway so the Cover 3 is a moot argument. We're in a Zone 80% of the time anyway.

Well I think no one knew what to expect from Crowton his first year. He throws all of these crazy formations at you confusing the defense and the coaches. By the third year, the formations start telling the defense what play is going to be run - and I seriously think when his offense is not working, he panics and starts calling really bizarre plays to try to catch the defense off guard, like running the wildcat with Holliday running to the short side of the field, or a screen pass to the middle of the field with 40 seconds left and no timeouts.

There could be way more to this thought. This isn't the first time some one's suggested Crowton's offense is only good for a year or two.
