So Peyton Manning is worth the same to the Colts as Dallas Clark?
QB is the most Important, comes with the position.

In November of 2008, the month you registered, Jarret Lee had just given one of the gutsiest performances I've ever seen in Tiger Stadium. He took an arse beating but threw the damn pick in overtime against Bama. You registered just when shite was going really bad for him. Why didn't you comment on that back then?

HOLY EVER LOVING shite! THE FIRST THING WE AGREE ON! The "19 years old" thing will not be a crutch for him this year.

im not sure if I did or didnt, i cant remember what I ate last night, think it was meatloaf....anyway....If I could remember, i would prob defend him to an extent, I believed that he had the immeasurables...(not being scared) those are the kinds of guys that have growing pains and get better cause their stronger people...possiblity we wont know that until he graduates but its fair to say that he's had his chances, so has JJ. I dont think either will take us to the promise land...so find the next one...i could give a shite about a 3rd starting QB in 3 years...if you find the right one it pays dividends...

who would you want as your starting QB?

If Garret or Shepard take significant snaps at QB this year we're fricked.

So McElroy would've won the NC without Ingram, Richardson, OL and etc. huh?

I said one guy, you just named 7....a QB is more important than any other 1 player, dipshit...

Id keep it open until someone proved they could handle it effectively, give everyone meaningful PT and reps, cream always rises to the top...and yes I would stick Garrett and Shep back there, you hope that JJ or Lee could get it but if not, you gotta move forward.

Of course the QB is an important position but you also needs to balance the offense (running game, game planning, etc). oh yeah dipshit

wow so let's waste another year on a new QB huh? why dont you just let Garret or Zack Lee takes time and learn the offense from Jefferson? surely he'll stay for another two years. Ex. Flynn

so your saying that last year was a waste...I though JJ was awesome last year!!!!

Jefferson has to learn it first, if they learn it faster thats his problem...

I was talking about he'll be a senior (junior + senior = 2 years) then Garret or Lee can take over at the QB position.

I asked a "question" not a statement, if we wasted this year on Garrett when JJ won against Georgia Tech 38-3...people like you would complains "I cant believe we wasted a year on Garrett when JJ won against Georgia Tech"

this is his 1st year as a starter....
but before you post something stupid again...answer a few questions for me
since JJ and JL isnt the "answer",
what made you think Garrett is better?
How many QBs do you know that went +10 or better as a 1st year starter as a freshman?

I said +10 because JJ went 9-3 so Garrett would have to top that if he is indeed "better" than JJ

And if JJ starts all year and doesnt' improve, then we are still sitting at 7-5 or 8-4 this year. Wouldn't you believe that is a wasted year.

I totally agree that it should be an open competition. If one of the other QB's are heads over JJ then yes I think they should start. If they are that much better, then we are still looking at a 9-3 season. Which I don't believe is wasted.. you have to look at what is better for the future
