You guys realize that neither JBE nor Cantrell had anything to do with this, right? The Jazzfest org canceled this on their own.

You mean like flu shots?

Whether or not you agree with the statement you've quoted from me, below is what was released through the CDC today;
Anyone who has had COVID has just as much immunity and possibly more from future infections as those who get the vaccine. There have been approximately 36 million positive cases of COVID in the U.S. alone.

The CDC has finally admitted it did not have enough evidence to support vaccine mandates for people who have recovered from COVID-19. Rep. Thomas Massie (R-Ky.) shared the CDC study on Twitter, which said the CDC had only “limited evidence” to suggest COVID vaccines would provide any benefits to recovered patients.

I had one flu shot and it gave me the flu. Haven't had the flu since then because I don't get a flu shot.

I am not sure why you are downvoted because those are the numbers they released but until they release the numbers by race this means nothing.

We all have enjoyed our LSU football games and tailgates, but I don’t think things are gonna go back to normal. Politicians of the world will see to that.

Yep, obviously, that vaccine has NO EFFECT, just like you misguided morons keep telling each other...

You didn't have the flu. You had flu-like symptoms because, like the Covid vaccine, your body is learning how to combat the virus in real time. Same thing happened for me with the Covid vaccine. I had very minor fever and sore throat for like a day. And they explained that was going to possibly happen. They also explained that it wasn't going to prevent me from catching the virus, but rather it would lessen the blow because my body's immune system will have it stored up for what it needs to do to fight it. This is why the vaccine is so useful. In laymen's terms, it's a cheat sheet for your body's immune system in regards to fighting Covid. The 2nd dose is the exclamation point for that process.
Again, this is all explained to you when you get the vaccine. But you wouldn't know because you have it all figured out by using Google.
I mean the numbers are in black and white. It's not a subjective argument at all. It's completely objective. Look at the numbers posted in this thread from BRG.

Dr. Marty Makary of Johns Hopkins believes that recovered COVID patients have 6 to 7 times more immunity because of the antibodies than any of the vaccines can produce. I'll go with Dr. Makary's opinion since I have the antibodies.

Here's what he said in his August 5, 2021 article;
quote:
Some people already have 'natural immunity' – that is, immunity from prior COVID infection. During every month of this pandemic, I've had debates with other public researchers about the effectiveness and durability of natural immunity. I've been told that natural immunity could fall off a cliff, rendering people susceptible to infection. But here we are now, over a year and a half into the clinical experience of observing patients who were infected, and natural immunity is effective and going strong. And that's because with natural immunity, the body develops antibodies to the entire surface of the virus, not just a spike protein constructed from a vaccine. The power of natural immunity was recently affirmed in an Israeli study, which found a 6.7 times greater level of protection among those with natural immunity vs. those with vaccinated immunity.

Check our Dr. Marty Makary's article dated August 5, 2021.
Dr. Makary is certainly no quack and is a big backer of natural immunity.
