Knowing that anybody can hand off a ball to our backs and we will be able to run the ball,

1. JL starts practice tomorrow as the starter and gets a full week of practice w/ first team under his belt. If he is not more productive, JJ comes back in; he can't do any worse than he currently is with a few less snaps a week.

2. I really take a hard look at running 80% of the time and reconsider putting RS back in at QB, then we can use the option. Or at least RS with JL in obvious passing situations.

3. I have a long hard talk with the OL and tell them we are putting a stamp on thier arse and riding them all the way to Atlanta and beyond.

4. I would let PP do the Heisman every time he ran one back and would dance with him at mid field with him.

Thank God Saban left Miles with enough talent to back into the BCSNC before a real Miles program of mediocrity hit home.

Is that all you know? You know as well as I do that Miles championship was NOT solely due to the great liar.

The truth is if GC is going to run that option so much, Shepherd is the guy to run it. JL will get killed and JJ won't pitch the ball.

That was dumb move, and it changed field position that gave them new life. He's a great player and we're lucky to have him, but it was dumb.

No - chalk a big part of it up to Bo Pellini. He actually has a Top 5 program in NE. When he got to NE, LSU was a Top 5 program and NE had fallen off the radar.

Do you realize with the excessive celebration penalty and the ensuing kick off marked off they still only got to the 35ish.
