Yeah, but it was far from electric, overall.

I haven't seen TS electric but once in the past three years. 2000-2001 were good; 2003 was despite lack of big time home games other than UGA and Auburn.

This season in DV has been quite mild.

another thing is that this game (oregon) was to go to the Rose bowl and it was a big rivalry game.

games with big implications get people staying and caring about every play and series more.

But yes, i was surprised at just how empty the upper decks and some of the student sections were. Thanksgiving has a little to do with that as well.

When they priced working families out of the games the noise level went down and now since most season ticket holders are corporate, they come late and leave early. They want to be seen at the game. I doubt they give a damn about the game.
