How soon does the hire or promotion happen?

National Signing Day is February 5th. I believe O knew this was coming so I figure whatever movement happens on the staff was already discussed and planned for. You would think they’d make some swift moves within this week to calm recruits down and show they’re still headed in the same direction. Can’t go out recruiting at least on the offensive side of the ball with uncertainty.

Yeah he knew it. Hiring for a job like that doesn’t happen overnight or over the phone. Brady likely met with Rhule and Panthers last Monday and/or Tuesday when team was off. We will be fine. Everyone freaked when Jimbo left for FSU or when Frank left for UTSA.

Of course he has a plan. During is post game press conference he said it was a recruiting week. He’s ahead of the game.
