How do we get pitchers that can't even hit the catcher with two strikes on the hitter,

and runner on 3rd. And then hits the batter in the head. We literally can do anything to lose these days. We should be completely appalled at the lack of baseball talent on this team, especially pitching staff.
Didn't JJ bring this LH pitcher in the game last night to pitch to a lh hitter, and he hit him also? What is JJ seeing that we aren't?
