I don't blame it on Lee.

The ball may have been a hair late, but the throw was good in velocity and accuracy.

Tech player could have blown it up by hitting TT in the ribs, but he went for the head. That's on Tech, not Lee.

The defenders helmet was the first thing to make contact right into Toliver's facemask.
He launched himself at a defenseless receiver, although I don't think this is relevant in college ball.

Exactly, which is why it should have been a penalty.

I think it is pretty inexcusable that the official didn't catch it, he was standing at a great angle to see it. That said, TT seemed fine later in the game and we won, so I'm not too worried about it.
