Well I will tell ya this. JR was the #1 pick and got a CONTRACT for HISTORY!! Wouldn't you think he would at least try to live up to it by showing up in shape??? BTW he did hold out for that contract. Samr as Glenn, ITS your JOB, show up in shape and take some pride in where you were picked.

Just to get the record straight, since so many LSU fans are negative of what they think JR's work ethic is:
If Dorsey can get a pass for whatever because he doesn't fit the 3-4, does JR get a pass for whatever for playing for the Raiders?

Because Russell quit being a fan favorite when he wore the Elephant Bama Boy chain. At that moment is when many LSU fans quit liking him.

Maybe Russell's pissed because the owner is a moron that refuses to get him any help. Maybe its something in his personal life. Like i said, i dont know. And the last word was that JR is kickin arse in camp.
Dorsey, his weight gain isnt as big of a deal, IMO. But again, i have no idea.
FWIW, i think they should put a cap on rookie contracts. There is no way they should be paid that much before they even step on the field.

McNabb has shown up out of shape and I do not see people outside of Philly talking about him being a bust.
Hell I doubt Reggie White ever showed up in shape he just worked himself into shape.

Because they are established now or when they were in their second and third years showing up out of shape?
I could list more players who during their first, second, or third years in league have showed up a bit out of shape.
All that matters is when training camp actually opens they are in shape.
