Bama and other powerhouse schools have this same problem every year. It’s not a foregone conclusion some of these coaches only stay for one year. Look at Venables at Clemson. If they do leave, LSU should have no problem getting replacements. I think we should get the best available any chance we get and worry about filling vacancies when it happens.

Yes, that’s a typical career path for a young talented coach. It’s nothing to be nervous about if the HC has the ability to replace them.
