Fraudulent charges on Seatgeek?

Anyone else ever have fraudulent purchases on the Seatgeek account you use to resell LSU tickets? Seatgeek supposedly investigated my claim and reported to my bank that there was compelling evidence that the charge was legit. It wasn't. Haven't heard a word from Seatgeek on the results of their investigation, and I've spent literally hours on hold trying to get someone on the phone.
