You know not of what you speak. That is not how the EEOC works. The overwhelming majority of the cases the EEOC handles are later filed in federal court by the plaintiff's attorney. The EEOC becomes more of an administrative step before suit is filed.
The EEOC generally only handles those cases where the discrimination is blatant and effects a larger group.
Could you name one small business the EEOC has bankrupted ever in history?

Can't say I know any details, but when you have a losing record in the sec over such a long period of time to me that is not acceptable, of course we have other coaches with worse who have been here longer and the tennis facilities are terrible. Still hate to see this
