If you are coming in early during the week, take a short ride north of Baton Rouge to St. Francisville and visit The Myrtles Plantation for a haunted mansion tour. You can also make reservations to spend the night there if you are brave enough. An experience you won't get many other places...and definately something different to do.

Also if you can appreciate a good burger try Raoul's (spelling?). Its right next to The Chimes, and has some of the best burgers around for a good price. And much like everyone else said make sure you get to watch the band come down the hill and watch pregame.

I know you guys usually play your games at night but what time do you think the Levee Lots will fill up at for a 4pm game?
