What is the best way to rehab a hammy, and how long does it take for a minor pull?

I haven't seen anything to say that he is injured. His 100 meter time at the SEC Championships was subpar for him. I am more concerned that if he is hurt, we may not have another leg for the 4x100 for the NCAA Regional Championships capable of carrying us to the finals in the NCAA. Tremayne Acy did not run at the SEC's and I do not know why. With him in the lineup, if Jackson is hurt, we are still good enough to win the title. We are easy favorites to win the title with Jackson and Acy running first and third leg.
