Don’t freak out about baseball transfers

In 2023, 8 of the 12 kids left.
In 2022, 10 of 16 kids left.
In 2021, 7 out of 11 kids left.
It’s the reality of modern championship level baseball. You can either play championship baseball off the bat or it’s best for you to go somewhere else.
Most guys are realistic and can see they aren’t really up to the talent level. Like David Hogg II. He can surely play good ball but just isn’t there right now or next year to start and win a championship. We are in the business of winning. Sure they can develop, but without ABs or innings that’s hard.

This class has 10 kids and I’m thinking 3-4 leave based on playing time the others have had.
