How about some fun facts.
1) LSU OC pay is ranked #1 in the NATION.
2) LSU Passing Offense is #109 in the NATION.
11 years is enough time to crack the code for a RESPECTABLE passing game.
It bothers me that some people are too blind to see this is a pattern, and blame players. You do understand where the buck stops, right? There is no way that 108 other football teams have better QB's, Receivers, TE's & Lineman. People need to wake up and stop blaming players.

Yea, cuz James Wright never saw the field and was DRAFTED in the 6th rd . Whether fans "championed" him or not is irrelevant.
Danielle Hunter came to the Vikings apparently as raw as when he came to LSU, that they publicly said he was like a blank canvas.
Some of this is insane quality depth at LSU, and some is simply mismanagement of personnel, and lack of properly developing certain positions by the coaching staff.
Fortunately, Coach O is solving at least one of these problems!

Wow, just wow.
You will support the underachieving coach til death, but college kids currently in our program justifiably disenfranchised at the *opportunities* they are given, and you have a 'good riddance' attitude?
That's a seriously effed up perspective: support the coach, but not the players?

And DeSean got beat by Colin Jeter.
And Beckwith got beat out by Welter, and we see how well that worked out, right?

Holy shite man seriously? It is a privilege to play at LSU. They are getting a free education. No one is owed playing time, that is earned.
Can you list 5 players that have transferred in the Miles era that have panned out elsewhere?
Some players don't pan out. There are only 11 spots on the field.
How well does the mighty Saban utilize their TEs? Under 500 yards and 1 TD total.

quote:Jeter's been a real liability on the field. I don't believe he's made a block in a game yet and he drops a number of passes. Smith should certainly be on the field over Jeter, performance-wise at least. Who knows what else could be going on for Jeter to play and Smith not to.
And DeSean got beat by Colin Jeter.

Who brought up Saban? Not me, that's you.
LF7 would have more running room if the TE was actually a threat in the passing game, instead the LB'ers can crash that assignment damn near every time b/c there isht the THREAT of a route. Yet, still nearly managed 2,000 yards.
There is room for improvement schematically to say the least, and I hope to see it next season
