I wouldn’t say that. Flott played well last year as a true freshman.
At this point I don’t think it’s a player problem. If it was just one or 2 guys playing poorly then single them out and get them off the field.
But the entire defense looks lost, slow and disinterested. That is a coaching issue.

Flott hasnt looked very good this year, he's had some good plays but overall has been down.
Ward just came off surgery, so I think he needs a little more time to see what he can really do.
