I think they use both lot 13 and 14 as RV parking. A word of advice if you are not going to be in a RV and want to tailgate all day, the Cowboys are selling parking passes for vehicles in lots 13 and 14 for $45. Buy one of those and you can get there at daylight to tailgate since they keep the lots open for the RV's.
