By paying the Defensive coordinator(s) top tier money
he's attracting the best coaches he can. If Bo does really well
he will probably get another head coaching job somewhere in a few years.
When Bo leaves that will be 2 DCs that excelled and made over 2m while padding their resumes at LSU.
What top-notch DC wouldn't want a chance to coach here as
a stepping board??

Did you know Kevin Steele makes $2.5 million/year? I like Bo a lot more and Pelini is done with head coaching job.
