The whole debate is tiresome. There is nothing we as fans can do but cheer as the team plugs along. In my opinion it looks likely that we will end up with a rematch, either Oregon or Bama. We have hopefully 4 more games to play. We need to win them all, regardless of who we have to play. We can win them all..we are good enough. Geaux Tigers.

That being said, I do think that a rematch is unfair. People keep bringing up other sports and rematches. Every other sport has a playoff. College football does not. In effect, the season is the playoff. There is a reason that no one cares about regular season college basketball. No one has to beat a team twice in the playoffs. In the odd sport with a loser bracket...which is one way to look at a 1 lose team in the NCG, the loser would have to beat the winner twice. So if we play Bama or Oregon, they should have to beat us twice...that would be fair. In fact if we are the only undefeated, than any one we play should have to beat us twice...but we know that this will not happen.

HIS would suck. Lose to Arky, no SECCG and only 2 schools per conf allowed in to BCS ... we'd be out as Bama & Arky would be in. 11 - 1 and NO BCS game for us. Here's to that NOT happening.

It actually looks like if we beat Arky and lose in the SECCG, we might still play in the NCG.
