Played against him in hs,amazing moves.We caught Tallulah on a rainy night and won 14-7,but Carl Otis took the opening kick off about 90 yds.He didnt have an accurate enough arm for the sec , but had freaky moves.He would get up after making a 15 yd gain take about 10 seconds and contain amazing move after move,always seemed to have his helmet sideways after a great run(for some reason that sticks in my mind) and a smile on his face.
