Everyone in and around the program loves the guy, He has head coaching experience in the SEC, and he prepares the team really well. Im riding with coach o myself, i think he is perfect for the job, those guys played extremely hard for him and thats what i like to see. Im down. ONE TEAM ONE HEARTBEAT

You're inconsistent - if "any decent coach" can win with this talent, then why do you worry so much about hiring a big name?

These threads are pointless and make the OP look bad. All these questions will be answered on the field in due time.
You better be ready for the possibility of Herman going other places as well. There will be a few other high profile jobs opening up very soon that will require paying Herman 6-8 mil a year or better pending the bidding war.
If people's only complaint about Frank Wilson is he needs a few more years, then he would get that with O being here if that is the case. We may have our next 2 coaches already. If O wins out or close to, I think he deserves his shot. Sorry if it's not what you want.
Aranda may be the next man up after O. Grass always looks greener on the other side. How do you know Sanctions won't follow Herman? Be patient.
