I don't know about all that. If beer were available in TS, even swill, I'd probably slow down at the tailgate. I've one-eyed many a first half until I could see clearly for the second half.

I'm a baptist Bible belter and I am all for beer sales. Alcohol is not a problem, but people that don't know how to consume it that is the problem.

Well said. If people know they have it readily available, they are less likely to abuse it.

Look at Germany...you can go into a bar and see an 11 year old knocking back a brew...and doing it more responsibly than many adults in this country. Drinking isn't the "cool thing" for teenagers in Germany like it is here.

Same thing for female nudity. The kids there grow up using coed locker rooms. The naked body is not as big a deal there as in the US.

my experience in stadiums selling beer was a hell of a lot of fights during the game and also a constant stream of folks walking in front of you either to get a beer or take a piss....I sure hope this never becomes a reality...

In support of selling alcohol, Alleva cited how West Virginia reported a 35-percent decrease in the number of game-day, alcohol-related incidents after authorizing the sale of alcohol at games in 2011.

In a 2012 Associated Press article, West Virginia Police Chief Bob Roberts mentioned 149 arrests made at a single Alabama-LSU game during the 2011 season in Tuscaloosa. "That was more arrests than we had the whole season," Roberts said.

should have been much more honestly.

the t-town police were hesitant to arrest bama fans after they were throwing beer bottles into LSU fans tailgates

As far as no storage in tiger stadium.

Refrigerated 18 wheeler trailer or two or three or four is all that's needed. Beer would be in plastic bottles most likely.

I'm sure which ever distributor got the contract wouldn't mind supplying the trailers for storage.

I think that's just the nfl neck beard fans. I don't remember any fights at Jerry world for lsu tcu or people streaming by me. Vendors were bringing beer to the stands.

I also have never seen a fight at any nba, nhl. MLB, NASCAR event I have ever been at. The only fights I have ever seen were in the super dome and other nfl stadiums.
