All of these awards, on both sides of the ball, are going to do nothing but help us recruiting. We already have a great class this cycle, but damn, what a selling point to future recruits. This is going to be the jumping off point for the rest of Ed Os tenure here at LSU. This is only the beginning guys. This is going to be the golden age in LSU football without a doubt. We are about to experience the full potential of this program that we all knew it was capable of being. This is just getting good and we are going to witness something very very special in the years to come with coach O and this program. Wow, what a great time to be an LSU Tiger!

I was having exactly this same thought! My 6' 4" quarterback with great speed and insane accuracy didn't have as many passing yards as Joe though.
