Can Mett improve his running/scrambling ability in one off season through advanced performance training, trainer nutrition knowledge and modern technology..
I have seen football players enter a high profile high school program go through intense off-season training and preform better on the field. But they were on a strict workout routine and were not suppose to drink anything with sugar or alcohol.
Do I think Mett will be able to improve greatly? Yes the feet work would almost triple in preformance.

Mett is gonna be what he is...and that's not a runner/scrambler or play extender. imo
What he needs to practice and practice and practice is throwing the ball so he doesn't completely miss wide open R's 10 yds away.
He needs to do a lot better than complete 58%.

I believe Mett needs some "umph." This meaning that if you look at the Peyton Mannings, Drew Brees', and Tom Bradys, they have that mentality of "being on a mission." No matter if its before, during, or after the snap, they're trying to carve the defense's heart out. I'd like to see that out of Mett. Need some swagger!

Yeah I hear he's only going to bogies 4 nights a week now instead of 5.

R's able to get some separation, catch the ball, and a O line able to protect for him a tad better would be helpful to him as well.
