I'm not a recruiting insider or whatever, but I was talking to a guy that played with him and just graduated, and apparently he really likes Northwestern and was planning on possibly moving on himself if he didn't get an offer in early June. ETA: I know that's not really helpful info.

Both.
I just wrote off most of the hype around him as CHS homer talk, but the more I find out about him, the more I like about him.
Also, we don't seem to have a shot at an elite pro style QB this season, so we might just have to take a couple of shots on possible hidden gems.

Sounds like LSU/Miles is gonna do Oliver dirty like he did Jason Peters back in '06/'07.
Wonder if Weiner has the balls to the tell Miles to never recruit any of his players again like he told the University of Kentucky.

The video I watched has him starring down his primary Target. Not once did I see him throw ball to a secondary option. The balls he threw were on target though.

i've watched Oliver play and I disagree with him staring down his receive, in fact he does an excellent job in checking down one of his pluses, and even if he did stared down his targets , the starting quarterback for the LSU tigers does the same thing

The starting QB that does that at LSU does not make it right for either player. BTW under Scout videos in his profile you will see what I'm speaking of.
