USC may have a higher ranking and less numbers because the same people rating the players they recruit are the same people that cast number one votes for them. Even when they don't play in a tough conference. Their team is usually overated and sometimes even their recruits are overrated or have an inflated value just because USC is where they want to go. Not all the players, There are some really talented players that play for USC. Just maybe some of them Fives are really fours, and so on.

JUCO, although that won't count. ALso word is Bryce Brown will "announce" who he wil now visit and one may indeed be USC. This kid has trouble written all over him though.
