Just spoke to my buddy and he said Demouy had an incredible visit. He said the atmosphere was incredible and stated that Demouy got to meet with O and Aranda. He didn't say together or separately. In his opinion, if signing day were today he was confident Demouy would flip, but added that early signing period is a few weeks away and that there is a lot of pressure for him to go to Alabama. He added that Alabama tried really hard to stop him from going but said Demouy was adamant about going on the visit. My buddy added that Demouy is done taking visits and is focusing on the upcoming Alabama-Mississippi All-Star game and the Under Armour game. So, as of now, it appears we have a real shot, but in recruiting things can change quickly! Come on O and Aranda, do your magic!

I like the fact that we got the last visit, but so much goes on behind the scene that we never hear about that I'm sure he's being pulled in a lot of directions. Of course, the last two top rated players in the state of Alabama have gone elsewhere - Justyn Ross to Clemson and George Pickens to Georgia - so maybe we can continue that trend! Geaux Tigers!

Maybe for the first time in 13 years we can negative recruit bama. Saban is no kid, hes doing more and more commercials and outside projects and setting up for a life outside coaching. The team isnt what it once was, the recruiting isnt what it once was, we can make a very compelling argument that the sun is setting on bama.

As I stated earlier I think he ends up at Bama. Well we gave it our best shot. Kids have their favorites and you can’t change all their minds. Good luck to kid if he doesn’t end up here.

I mean we’ve never gotten a guy like this out of Alabama. A guy that is coveted by Bama. Until we do, I’m not going to get my hopes up and no one else should.

This has already turned out to be a special season so with that said, I'm not putting anything past Coach O and his recruiting. Good players want to play for the best teams so I'd say we have a decent chance. After all, we did pull Arik out of the blue.

Kwon was the closest and he had knee problems, this would be a coup like no other, JaMarcus level

Would be bigger than Jamarcus given where Alabama is as a program now imo
