Saw a few Tulane games and he and the QB were their two best players - fed off each other. Hughes is a tough runner, so much so that he may have gotten injured or ran out of gas from all the usage. Hard to say if he is a starting Power-5 back getting 20 touches a game but he definitely is a legit player - hope he does not go to an opponent.
