While I see the point you are trying to make and somewhat agree with you, I must add that YES it did matter in '19. We had a Frosh corner completely ball out and was a big factor in us having the greatest season in CFB history. More towards your point though, anyone remember the Sosphser(however you spell that forgotten name) sage and the Amite Barber? That was the end of LSU recruiting to some on this board. The world doesn't start or stop around any one 18 year old in Tiger town.
