When does the portal window close for baseball, is it July 2?

Or if your head coach changes then there is a new 30 day window for that team.

Yes. I think you have to be in by July 1st or 2nd. If your coach leaves you have 30 days after that.
As long as you are in portal, then you really have till school starts to find a team.
