Yea it's more complicated than that.

I think he wants to come but don't be surprised if stays home. A LOT to move the family.

Yep. This is the type of stuff that separates Bama. This is where more $ and resources come into play.

Need to move a family...NO PROBLEM!

To Baton Rouge? It isn't exactly South Beach or Beverly Hills.

Neither are South Bend, Ann Arbor, Tuscaloosa or Gainesville, to a non-football fan.

I can show you a creek confluence on the Catawba River in Rock Hill South Carolina that means absolutely nothing to my wife. Is just water to her. But to me, it’s a place where I drop the power pole and sit for two hours.

Still a free trip. You think these parents don’t take advantage of free trips? I know I would.

Gave him something to really think about.

I think Burrow can pay off big time when we’re recruiting against Ohio State. Not that I think he’s gonna bad-mouth his former school, but he can really make inroads with Ohioans who might wonder what it’d be like to coming down to the bayou over staying in oh-hi. Especially given how beloved Burrow is here and back home.

Paris Johnson plays the game. Ask Tennessee and UGA about how he said he was going there over the past 3 months. He has told OSU coaches and insiders on more than one occasion that he is in for sure and just taking these as courtesy visits.

These are 17 year old kids who don't want to look a HC like Saban, or Smart, or Day or O or Mullen and say "No" directly. They say yes a lot more often than they should probably

If that were the case wouldn't he/they be taking more OVs. He went on several unofficial visits between March and April, I believe LSU and OSU are the only schools listed for OVs.

I definitely believe he’s “on board” right now. It’s all going to be about once he gets home and clears his head, and what OSU can do to gain that back. The biggest thing still to me is I think it’s an LSU, OSU battle, and no Urban there hurts beyond belief. I guess the biggest thing will come down to if he wants to move across country or stay close to home.

LINK

I'm not hard to find; same name on both sites. People asked if there was info on how the visit was going. I read all of TDs sites, and know Paris loves playing the game so I showed the link. He has the most fun with the process of almost any recruit I've ever seen, and it makes for a nervewracking 6 months as an OSU fan, if you worry about this stuff. I just figure OSU will always recruit well enough to compete, and wish all the kids well in their futures no matter where it is... except michigan

Nah I just like talking. I'm not nervous about anything, no reason to be. He's 17 and will make the best decision for himself

I agree with Buckeye here. I don’t see LSU flipping.

Well, I will say this, from someone who has been all over the USA, there is no place in the continental United States that has a better assortment of great foods than south Louisiana. If there is one reason to visit south Louisiana, it is the food. But we have festivals galore, great salt water fishing, crawfish, Mardi Gras (and there is no comparison to Mardi Gras in Louisiana versus other states), the greatest assortment of music and musical talent in the world, great looking women, sports everywhere, great hunting, Louisiana is just a very rich place to live and visit. But the food, the food is top-notch!
