Question about the supplemental rounds: I have a player starting at almost every position, and of those positions without a starter, I have the #1 backup or the guy likely to start this coming year. All except for one. In the past, I've taken flyers on deep sleepers and special teams players in the supplemental rounds. However, I'm thinking of taking all players at one or two positions this year to shore up my weaknesses there. I won't do that if y'all aren't cool with it, but it's really tempting. What do you think?

In short, I may take 6 of the same position. I kind of think it's not cool to do that, but I wanted to hear your perspectives on it. If you don't like the idea, I'll go a different direction.

I'm fine with it. It's called a supplemental round because you are "supplementing" your current "legal" squad. As long as the draft admins don't care, I'm on board.

yeah I think its fine as well.
Fill your roster.

But I mean if you go draft 6 QB's to try to fish for the next Manziel that doesnt show off your skills for finding talent just mean syou are a good fisherman!

Go ahead and take 6 punters. No rules in the supplemental rounds.

No problem here. The supplemental rounds don't have restrictions or limitations to position.

yeah I agree. I just try to treat mine as a real team and recruiting class. To be more balanced.

There is no way I could have 5 RBS come into to one class and compete unless i didnt haev any RB on roster to begine with.

But have fun at al cost. I could see someone going after a bunch of DB or WR. Tehy are soo hit or miss.

The more I think on it, the more I'm agreeing with y'all. It's silly to take so many at a single position.

We need to make some decisions on how to handle the Enfuegoed picks as well.

By virtue of JG dropping out, I think we need to do an Enfuego round for these guys:

Matthew Thomas, LB Kelvin Taylor, RB Derrick Griffin, WR Kelsey Griffin, DT

At least 3 of those guys really should be owned, maybe all four.

The question is, how do we handle it? Do we want to re-shuffle the order, do the Enfuego round and then do the supplemental rounds with that new order?

Just keep the order the same and go down the list?

Enfuego round will be handled as follows:

If you want one of these four, you can take them at your slot, but you must then sacrifice a player of that same position. So, if you wanted Matthew Thomas, you'd have to drop the LB in that same spot. The player you vacate would then go back into the pool and ALSO be available to be picked via Enfuego.

Sounds more complicated than it is. Last time, we flew right through it, with most guys opting to hold their rosters as is. But I do think we should at least make this a possibility for everyone.

We will go through this cycle until everyone is ready to pass on the "Enfuego" pool.

Personally I feel like you Pasty, Jem, and Dan should be rewarded with these guys for running thsi thing. Its tough to do what you guys do and I have no problem with giving you an edge on talent as a reward for your putting this together. (Plus you guys all have a strong management system and I know we will hear about the development or flops on these guys.)

That what erks me the most is that 15 of these teams drafted every year we will never hear about these players.

Glad Memphis and red are here becuase I know they will track. But I have to give shout out to the guys who are rocks and allways here. Like Verlander, Dro, BCF, Larry David, Ceci, TDawg and a few more. you guys make thsi shite fun. For real.

My wife asks me every year what the hell are we doing. ( I got married during the year 2 draft) LOL.

eta : I should be given Dee Hart!

Yeah I'll take Thomas and kelsey griffin, no need to have then waste away since nobody will want them anyway. I'll sacrifice for the team.

How about they throw the highest rated player they have in that position back to the pool? In other words they would have to send back the highest drafted WR on their team to select Derrick Griffin.
