BINGO. The girl was 14, Hill was 18. That = Statutory Rape/Carnal Knowledge of a Juvenile at the least

FALSE
Statutory rape ONLY applies to Intercourse. As far we know that was NOT the case. The charge that they charged is a reletively new law as compared to statutory rape. It is Oral Sexual Battery

C.(1) Whoever commits the crime of oral sexual battery shall be punished by imprisonment, with or without hard labor, without benefit of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence, for not more than ten years.

(2) Whoever commits the crime of oral sexual battery on a victim under the age of thirteen years when the offender is seventeen years of age or older shall be punished by imprisonment at hard labor for not less than twenty-five years nor more than ninety-nine years. At least twenty-five years of the sentence imposed shall be served without benefit of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence.

(3) Upon completion of the term of imprisonment imposed in accordance with Paragraph (2) of this Subsection, the offender shall be monitored by the Department of Public Safety and Corrections through the use of electronic monitoring equipment for the remainder of his natural life.

Doubt it. If he does, legislature needs an overhaul.

He won't get hit with that, so it's a nonissue. If he does the absolutely legislature needs to be changed. I'm assuming there was no force involved fwiw.

But at the Recruiting Bash when Miles gives a thumbnail description of each recruit to the crowd, would Miles talk glowingly about Hill's skills he is bringing to LSU and just ignore the purple elephant in the room?

I spoke with one of his team mate's mother this evening. She said LSU was sick because they sent a lawyer to Hill's home. Probably Nathan Fisher doing some pro bono work. She also said the "little girl" looks like she's 20 and is a skeezer.

I think Hill will be part of this class. Les and Hill will probably address the situation once with the media and not speak on it again.

The guy deserves to have consequences for his actions. The girl was 14.....I repeat 14. That is a problem even if he did not "persuade" her.

I think the lady was saying it was sick (sleazy) for LSU to send a lawyer to see Hill. I fully agree, if this is true.

I hate this whole situation, and I wish Les should cut ties with the kid now. We don't need this.

He seems to run with his pads high. Not a problem against high school kids. We will see how that works at the next level (assuming he gets to it).

THIS is what he is being CHARGED with. That means that the DA feels with pretty good that they can get it to stick.
Don't know what evidence they have or what alternatives they have...BUt he will not be treated any different by the DA's office than any other citizen, as it should be.

he may not want to bend over too far if he ends up where I think he will.
