My class prediction on eve of early signing period

I think this is how the class plays out.
OFF 12
DEF 13
QB- 0
RB- 3 (Joiner, Curry, Provens)
WR- 4 (Marshall, Watkins, Jones, Jenkins)
TE/HB- 1 (Sheffer)
OL- 4 (Traore, Smith, Wire, Lewis)
DT- 5 (Cotton, Livingston, Hines, Rosenthal, Jenkins)
DE- 3 (Cherry, Moore, Scott)
LB- 2 (Baskerville, Clark)
DB- 3 (Surtain, Joseph, Goodrich)
I think Beal gets first open offensive schollie. (i.e. Joiner or Watkins don't sign)
M. Williams gets first open defensive schollie. (i.e. Moore doesn't make grades)
Washington signs elsewhere. Pooka goes JUCO.

I will accept your class as listed and LOVE it,, but being greedy I would also wish we have a spot granted on our previous back counts and can add Chase and Williams!!

Pretty damn good list OP. I agree with all of them. I would like to see Jamarr Chase in there too, but I think he probably goes elsewhere.

I just have a hard time with us not signing a QB, but everything else looks about right.

Joiner, Moore and Watkins are looking doubtful. Michael Williams looks like he’s in. J. Case is still in the mix. Joseph looks good also. Cook is going to Texas. The rest of the list looks pretty good. IMO

In my early 20's I helped start a very successful recruiting magazine. You have all read it I'm sure and it is still in publication. I just prefer to remain anonymous. Not that any of you have heard of me anyway! Lol!
Used to have connections, but now I am just a fan who has been following LSU recruiting closely since 1991.
These are just my predictions. I'm sure I'll miss on a couple.
Would love to add Chase, but I just never got a good vibe from him. If family wins out he may still end up a Tiger.

I love Beal. Really want him in this class. Can't have enough 6-4 250 type jumbo athletes with speed.
Could grow into an OT, but he has good speed for his size and is too skilled not to use as a TE IMO.
Under utilized at Curtis because they just don't throw.
NFL caliber potential at TE or OT. Great blocker...good feet and hands.

Yes on Joiner and Moore. There may be another WR that takes Watkins place. I wouldn’t go to sleep on Chase just yet.

O is known for a surprise here and there on Signing Day,,, are there any possible tomorrow? If not are there some that we don't know about yet that will come into play in Jan./Feb?
Do we know anything about a possible approval to use a back count or two. I have seen a waiver might be possible, any reality in those rumors?

We are going to have to wait till February for a couple. Goodrich, Joseph, Surtain and Chase will not sign during this period as far as I can tell. That gives some opportunity for change and/or surprise. There may be a couple of others who won’t sign early but I think 18 or 19 will sign this week.

If Joiner, Moore, and Watkins are out Richard T...then give me Beal, M. Williams, and Chase and that's a wrap.

List looks good but I think Williams is a take. Lots of potential. Bare minds me of Devin White when in HS. Not as good but potential is there.
