No sources just putting the math together. I hear LSU is his dream school but I have only ever seen him mentioning Bama. I hope I’m wrong because I think Young is the best of Ish, Pickering, Moore abd Young.

Good news to go along with the string of CB’s we’ve received on Sopsher. I’m interested to see how things unfold with all three DL there together.

Could hell possibly freeze over and all 3 of Ish, Young and Moore sign with LSU after being there togethervthis weekend? If that happened I will get down on my knees and praise Ed O.

My advise to you is buy some Depends. You’re going to need them definitely for the pee and maybe the shite too.

If we somehow landed Ika, Ish, Moore and Young all in the same class the gap between LSU and Alabama at the line of scrimmage is all of a sudden non existent, especially with the 2020 class we have coming behind it.

I must temper expectations...we have to member that nobody really has any idea WTF is happening right now...this shite happens every year at this same time.
But, yeah, I'm pumped. And, yes, the gap in regards to our DL vs their OL would narrow significantly if all these booms were to happen.

I’m the first one to temper excitement because I have felt the pain of disappointment way too often. That being said, O has really done something here. He’s managed to get most ALL of the top unsigned DL recruits in the country to his school together on the very last weekend. Teams fight to always have the last visit and he has it for 3 of them. Even if the worst happens this DL still got better. Siaki Ika may very well be the crown jewelry missing piece to Dave Aranda’s defense. I like Shelvin and he is improving but I bet Ika is the starting NT by the Alabama game. Watching that kids tape, he’s relentless and nasty.

Well Dylan Moses grew up on LSU campus and look how that turned out. Y’all also had a recent linebacker I think go to ole miss who is from Starkville. That isn’t always a seal the deal just bc they grew up around the program

There seems to be way too much confusion with the interior defensive linemen and how people perceive defensive ends between in a 3-4 and 4-3 defense.
In the 4-3 defense there is a SDE [strong defensive end] and a WDE [weak defensive end]. The SDE are typically similar to a DE in the 3-4 defense and are larger players and the WDE could be interchanged with the strong side OLB in a 3-4 defense.
Players coming out of high school not fully developed can easily play multiple position on the DL in college.

I think the middle part is questionable, but I like your passion.
I agree that NT in Aranda's version of the 3-4 is the most important position. I think Shelvin is exactly what we thought he was...it just has to happen. And Ika is a huge, strong kid with brains and a competitive spirit...can't wait to see the man and the beast.

If we land young imo that's bigger then ish, we get young and moore and that's lightyears better then ish and rodney we get ish and young that is best DL hull for lsu since... spears hill?
