If Joiner wants in, you best believe they will definitely make room for him one way or another.

Boom yes this is one of them!

Have a few more coming. Valentine is still there. Bolden will pick us I believe here soon. Won't be long. Traore I think pull trigger soon and couple silents. Going to be fun

Harold Joiner is listed at 6-3 and 218 right now. For comparisons sake Kendell Beckwith was listed at 6-2.5 and 225 as a high school senior and Kenny Hilliard was listed at 6-0 and 230, both before enrolling in college.
Joiner will most likely grow out of the RB position. What's he going to do, not lift weights and add any muscle? At that size and speed he has a far better chance making the NFL as a linebacker anyway. Which is what I'm sure the staffs at Auburn and Alabama are telling him.

He and his mom are coming in July for visit. Slow down.....
And LSU will gladly have him if he wants in. He's an ATH now, and that changed things. RB is a huge need in this class.

so at 22, we have at most 4 or 5 spots, who do we deny when they try to commit?
Traore
Marshall
Bolden
Chase
Porter
That puts us at 27 right there, and is still leaving a number of kids out. It will be truly interesting to see how we move forward from here. Might have an extra 2 spots if Anderson and Griffin leave, but still numbers are tight in June, this sets a whole new precedent. If nothing else, it will be interesting as hell to follow.

I've heard the number could be higher. Depends on EEs and how the rules shake out. There's always a way if the guy is good enough.

Still don't understand how the numbers will work out based on needs but go Tiger's.

and Surtain and co.

Can take all of them but cut porter of any of those imo. But griffin will be gone and Anderson more than likely so there will be room. And one or two you didn't list will be Tigers

Still looking good with surtain and co but wouldn't hold my breathe! Other very good DB's we're after. Dorian camel is one to keep your eye on

This staff ...
If Harold wanted in he should have committed by now. Surely you aren't suggesting LSU wait on him ala Cam Akers

We need at least 2 more wide receivers because that position is short and we have a good class in state this year to capitalize on but will not have the slots.
It would have been nice to go 5 or 6 wide receivers in this class because of need and quality availability.
What about a qb.
What about another true te.
We need at least 1 offensive tackle.
We about 2 cb/db since we are in on some quality players.
Probably another nose tackle/defensive tackle.
I just don't see how the numbers will work out to match our needs.

We are good with a couple qb's one that would prob walk on, still in play with valentine. I think joiner is looking elsewhere. sitting good with two TE's, Marshall is ours IMO no matter what, Keys or another will be our second WR, bolden will be here imo, Traore or another will be lineman, Johnson from MS or porter from AL I'll be the dlineman. Maybe another wildcard here and there and a couple decommitments. They will make it work

I get the Cam Akers reference but I don't think this is the same. Yes we waited too long on Akers and slow played Travis Etienne too much but it seems like now the staff is over compensating 8 months before NSD. I have no problem with taking these 3 stars in December or January but in June?! Come on man!

Ty for the reply Arky.
What about cb/db since we are still in on several of the top 10.
If we only take 2 more receivers that is a small receiver class based on need and availability.
Jmo.
Go LSU
