I agree, but I think he could be convinced, especially given his remaining eligibility, that he can play WR now and in the League.

Yeah because we're SO stacked with QB's that aren't freshmen, don't hold the ball post 1 progression, don't throw 6 pick 6's, don't get switched to WR/RB/Bench, and don't possibly get drafted by MLB.

My point was not that we are stacked at qb. If he is good enough to play qb at LSU early then fine. Otherwise, we wasted a scholarship on a juco.

Yeah, I don't think having depth at QB is the issue. It's coming into a Crowton-led offense as a Juco and playing QB....highly unlikely

Lost cause imo.he might start for Ole Miss next year.Vince Young is not stupid.He had a steep learning curve coming from Texas.The NFL doesn't exactly use a lot of zone read offenses.His offense at Texas was very basic.He has done nothing but win at Tennessee.last year he went out because of emotional problems not because of losing or playing terrible.

If he has the grades and an attitude change, LSU should be all over him. He's the best QB to come out of Louisiana in a decade.
