Yea circa 05 we had the best facilities now we're lagging. As you said, cyclical.

yep. I remember Lyle Hitt doing the "cribs" walkthrough. Back then, we had the best facilities around.

Cuban...beating out LSU for a night game atmosphere ain't gonna happen. Being similar/ close will happen. I've been to both Kyle and TS for BIG night games and they are very similar... The new design will keep more noise in Kyle... + the fact that 31k student tickets will ALWAYS be blocked out will help.

But no we need to something like Texas A&M you know how sick a locker room of facility would look with those purple and gold lights in the locker room. The weight room dose not need to be touched that is still A1

Lets put a frickign shark tank in the middle of the locker room.
That would be badass. Players could wrestle sharks.
Have some cages with bears and tigers and lions and shite.
Put a renoir, monet, picasso, etc in each players locker. Gotta keep the team cultured.

The NCAA is in the process of letting schools have a nutrition center. If I'm not mistaken 2 years ago when Alabama was during some construction on new facility's they was constructing a nutrition center back then! It's amazing how Bama gets the jump on all other schools!!

A&M just opened the new R.C. Slocum Nutrition Center

they don't get the jump...its all in cycles. LSU was the first one to make a huge jump in the football ops facility game and now everyone is evolving.

It always fascinated me how such a nice, upstanding guy like Coach Slocum had Defenses that were nasty and sometimes dirty. GREAT football coach, and even better man. A&M did him wrong, IMO. Should've been able to leave on his own terms.

Ill never be concerned about aTm. Theyre not SEC caliber and have years before they can even claim they are. They NEED top facilities and nice play stuff for the athletes. LSU doesnt. Kids come to LSU who want to win championships. Thats not happening at aTm any time close to soon. Theyll be lucky not to finish LAST in the WEST.

This is really getting ridiculous. I was always for the players getting everything they wanted...but their own person chefs and shite? Good God.

The stadium locker room came out beautiful, but does anyone else think that they should of done that to maybe the practice facility locker room? I mean I love it but the players will spend most of their time in the practice facility

Good God man.....enjoy what we have and not bitch about what we don't.
It'll happen soon enough

I mean yes eventually the new stuff will need updating but this isn't something to be concerned over. LSU has always done what it needed to keep the program elite.
People in Louisiana always thought LSU had the best or near best facilities in the SEC.I disagree, it wasn't till Saban's later years LSU was in the top 4 over all facilities. Stadium wise maybe, but overall always behind Fla., Bama, Tenn, South Carolina. Now LSU is equal to those or better.
