Someone please tell me about the pitchers that have commited and what are the odds they will come compared to those two 'douzzies' from last year that are struggling in the MLB system.

Do some reading buddy.
A 3rd grader could read the commitment list and find the name next to the word "P".
That fact that you brought up Colvin and ZVR, well I can tell you don't follow baseball.
