Agreed, that's an awful analogy. Louisiana lacks basketball skill in many ways, but their athleticism is still elite. There are 6'4-6'5 wing players everywhere in the state that have 40 inch verticals.

The point wasn’t the elite guys we missed.
It was the 4 year talented role players.
Obviously we didn’t want them all, but the list was just to illustrate how a coach like Wade can supplement his national elite guys with good program talents from Louisiana. It was also to illustrate how we should be a much better program than we have been.

Exactly. We could get 1-2 guys like this from the state each year and have them for 4 years and have a long, athletic bench.
