Unless a guy has Devin Hester like return skills, it's foolish to chase a returner. Thomas and Brown were supposed to be great but neither of them produced much in the return game. Maybe it was coaching. Fortunately Thomas became a pretty good receiver.
If the kid is a true all purpose stud, it's fine but we have a lot of needs for 2026.
