Frank won't be at utsa long!! Guy knows that he's doing and will be a great coach at a higher level. For gods sake he's getting 3's and 4's with Great offers to attend utsa... and he's winning!! I've been blessed to have come in contact with frank and built a relationship in the past year. Has helped me a lot with recruiting and I actually help their staff out with edits. Just one of the best guys I've ever met and his coaching and recruiting skills are just jaw dropping. Def wouldn't be shocked if he took the reigns here one day but wherever he ends up it'll be a good turnout!

Sounds like it. If it wasnt 247 listed as an offer, maybe he got one from said school, and when he tried to commit, it fell through.
There are just so many great WR's in state this cycle, we could have used a couple more in state last cycle to spread them out.
He is ridiculously fast in his film, but I assume that was before the knee surgery. I wonder if schools are giving him a conditional offer as a wait and see to ensure that he hasnt lost a step with the knee injury...

Im hoping Frank learns what he needs to, and is the first black head coach here someday. He just seems like he is an incredible person in addition to an elite recruiter and relationship builder. If he can coach in the same ballpark as he can run recruiting, lookout!

Yeah if he sticks with this top 3 ole frank might be happy!! I really do hope that's how it's turns out. Sucks he didn't get his offer but it'll work out in the end

I was under the impression he was offered both for WR and before that for DB. Was it a noncomittable offer?
