ESPN Has him as verbal to Tenn too.
It's been stated many times that whoever is the head football coach at Tennessee must be a good recruiter. New Vols head coach Derek Dooley is off to a good start with a big early pick-up.
Wide receiver Justin Hunter (Virginia Beach, Va./Ocean Lakes) de-committed from LSU and committed to the Vols today, giving Dooley his first major recruiting grab in Knoxville.
The 6-foot-4, 180-pound Hunter has been called a "poor man's A.J. Green" by a number of coaches and scouts who have seen him play and certainly with hard work and acclimation to the system, Hunter can see playing time for Tennessee in the first year, given the Vols need at wide receiver.
As for Dooley, this was an important commitment because it sends a message that despite a coaching change for the second straight year, Tennessee intends to continue to be very active with the Southeast's top prospects during the Dooley regime.
Hunter is the nation's No. 26 overall prospect and the No. 5 wide receiver according to Scouts Inc.

There's 95% of the reason Hunter will sign with Tenn. He would be hard pressed to land the #3 spot.
