It actually may be another battle between LSU and 'Bama for recruiting bragging rights AGAIN. Damn we're good.

In terms of watching my two most hated rivals self-destruct, it's been a good year.

Florida has us both in a trail of dust right now, but we should end up with solid classes in a down year anyway

we may have self destructed, but we won't be down for 10 years like Bama was.

Hopefully not. It's no fun picking on the "retarded kids".

The state of LA and AL simply can't compete with what Florida is producing and doing on the recruiting front this year. It's just not possible.

It's just nice to see LSU go out and get some top players from other stats. Hunter is listed as the top player in VA next year according to Virginia Preps on rivals. Not too bad for us.

i know.. ..hopefully we can get more this year especially, cause there is talent instate, but definetely a step down from last year and '11

neither LSU or bama has the instate talent to compete w/ UF this year, they will have an absurdly loaded class this year

The good thing about this is that the more success the Gators experience under Urban Meyer, the more Miami and Fla St seem to fall off.

Yeah, UF is a huge monster to have to contend with in the SEC, but that also leaves two fewer teams to compete with overall in the national scheme of things--i.e BCS bowls and National Championships.

I know, sounds kind of crazy.

Guess I'm just a glass half full kinda guy.

So instead of having three teams splitting the talent, you like 1 team to have it all, making it easier for us to contend.

Makes sense. Especially since we play the stacked team every year.
