He is visiting bama tuesday. So I wouldn't say he isn't at all interested in bama. CoachJ said he wants to play with Jayson Jones and good chance Jones ends up at Bama.

Andrew Zow, former bama qb, is his HS head coach. Simeon Castille, former bama db, trains players at Blackwatch, where CoachJ works.

I assume this means that Quad isn't committing anywhere this week then.

Bama called me yesterday showing high interest and wants him in Tuesday morning. Meeting with you know who and camping. Jayson coming with us. Was an interesting convo for sure. They seem to think he has NFL upside. Crazy right? Let y’all know how that goes.

That's interesting timing, seems like both LSU and Tennessee are going hard after Taulia Tagovailoa

Good for Quad, he shouldn’t commit just yet. It’s only getting started for him and he should enjoy the ride!

Tua and his little brother have that position on lockdown for Bama for a while to come...they are playing yall like a fiddle because of wanting Jason...IMHO
I know you're smart, but dont get caught up in sabans spell. Without knowing, it is surely clear to many you are delivering Jason to Bama.
Again coach, advise him to play the year out and the true picture will show itself.
I hate the optics of this, but this is how the scheme works many times, and it happens without the pieces knowing. From the above post it seems all strings of where you work lead to bama and suddenly, Quad is NFL talent as long as Jason is with with him.
I hope to God my thoughts here are wrong but this is why people questioned you being paid by a scouting service and handling kids and trips.

Now, on the positive possibility..Quad plays his year out blows up, and gets the dream LSU offer hes wanted. It's that simple and he shouldn't be upset that it took till his senior year. This is big time ball....stick to your dream, that's what it's all about, no matter how it comes

You may be right..

But IMO anything short of Saban leaving/ Tua transferring I cannot see him going elsewhere.

Nothing to do with Saban. Tualia Dad wants him to give UT a chance. They love Pruitt. Don’t necessarily want them competing for a position. Want them in same conference

Wait, I'm confused? You said he was committing this week and shutting it down. Now he's taking more visits? Can you fill us in on this? Thanks

I understand this and that's why I'm not sure why the use of so many definitive statements? Like many have asked, including myself, why say you're shutting it down if his stock is rising every day like it appears to be? There may be a reason and its the inside baseball (football) things that a lot of us would like to learn about.

So saban is talking into quads ear about “nfl upside” whenever his clear intention is to get Jones.

Look man, recruiting is fluid, but I’d probably steer quad clear of places like bama, with tua being entrenched there.

Have y’all heard anything from Florida? Seems like a better fit with Mullen being there and the uncertainty at QB.

Thanks for all you provide to the board coach, always looking forward to the next post.

Vanderbilt is a great school. But the coach is an idiot and has them back to a .300 team since Franklin left. Quad wont developed there like he would under Kiffin. Hell be getting killed and running for life the whole time...then they will fire that 2 mil per year coach, and hell be stuck.

I understand what you are saying, but Kyle Shurmur played great for them last year. Finished with over 2800 pass yards, 26 TDs to 10 ints, and 3 more rushing TDs. Shurmur has definitely developed over there. The difference from 2016 to 2017 was night and day. He's going to be a senior this year with his best WR and TE returning.
