you guys better enjoy all of this recruiting success until your program, as well as your head coach, gets exposed very badly. well, i take that back, after fla. hangs 70 on you, kiffen can sell immediate playing time for talented freshmen b/c after this abysmal season that will pretty much be your only selling point to incoming recruits.

With the lack of instate talent Tennessee has, UT fans better not expect things to be like they were in the late 90's.. It is a different era.

Yeah, everybody pretty much SUCKED expect for Florida and UT...You can't rely on instate kids at UT..matter of fact, Charlie Strong made the comment that you could get the top prospects in Tennessee,Arkansas and Kentucky every year and still not win the SEC EAST..

But we got some GREAT players from Louisiana..Peyton,Jarvis Reado, Raynoch Thompson, Nilo Silvan,.. and when we had Rodney Garner we used to RAID Georgia..if it wasn't for Georgia, no National Championship.. Jamal Lewis, Deon Grant and Cosey Coleman were from Georgia. Shaun Ellis, Albert Haynesworth, Domingue Stevenson were from South Carolina...Peerless Price was from Ohio..Leonard Little was from North Carolina..Only REALLY good players from State of Tennessee were Al Wilson, Eric Westmoreland, Cedrick Wilson, Andre Lott, Eddie Moore, were just a few during our Championship run!...

If Lane keeps Monte around...he'll be fine.

I still say his act is gonna get old in Knoxville sooner than later......it will also get old w/ the kids.

He's just an azz.....

FIFY

As long as he wins we'll continue to love his "act". If he loses his "act" could become a problem.
